Commercial HVAC Service Technician – REIC Rentals (Marysville, OH)

REIC Rentals is seeking safety- and customer-driven Commercial HVAC Service Technicians for our Marysville location. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical expert responsible for keeping our high-performance rental fleet operating at peak performance. From heating and cooling to dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control equipment, your work ensures our equipment is safe, reliable, and customer-ready-both in the shop and at job sites.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds multiple times per shift
What You'll Do
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC rental equipment in the shop and at customer sites
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment training
  • Accurately document service work using modern systems
  • Travel to customer locations and support seasonal overtime needs
  • Maintain a strong safety focus in all environments
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC, equipment service, field maintenance, or related work
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Safety-first mindset in both shop and field environments
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of HVAC/R experience (strongly preferred)
  • Clean driving record and minimum age of 21
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities
