Experienced HVAC Technician

Hardin Heating & Air, LLC is looking for a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician to join our close-knit team in Midlothian, TX. Earn $20 – $30 per hour, based on your experience, and enjoy benefits like:

We also offer training for this position and a sign-on bonus! You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is an on-call rotation, so you'll have the chance to help customers after hours as part of the team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN

As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you will spend your days troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for customers in Midlothian and the surrounding areas. You will build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of our business. Training will be part of your journey here, keeping your skills sharp and helping you advance.

Here's what we need from you:

• 10+ years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
