We are looking for dependable and experienced HVAC Contractors<\/b> to handle service, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC systems. This is a 1099 contract role with ongoing work opportunities for those who meet quality and responsiveness expectations.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Service and maintain HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and mini\-splits
    <\/li>
  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration, thermostat, and control issues
    <\/li>
  • Provide installation of new equipment and upgrades
    <\/li>
  • Submit clear job notes and reports
    <\/li>
  • Follow EPA and OSHA standards
    <\/li> <\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    <\/div>
    • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
      <\/li>
    • Valid HVAC license and liability insurance
      <\/li>
    • Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
      <\/li>
    • Own tools, gauges, recovery machines, and transportation
      <\/li>
    • Smartphone or tablet for work order communication
      <\/li> <\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      <\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Refrigeration experience
        <\/li>
      • HVAC system design or install expertise
        <\/li>
      • Available for emergency work or same\-day requests
        <\/li> <\/ul>
