Work independently with a stable team and steady pipeline of projects
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial/industrial chillers (centrifugal and screw)
Perform complete tear downs and rebuilds as needed
Test, troubleshoot, and calibrate components to ensure optimal performance
Document work clearly and communicate with customers and internal teams
Adhere to OSHA safety standards and industry best practices
Maintain professional, customer-focused communication at all times
5+ years of hands-on experience servicing centrifugal or screw chillers
Universal EPA certification (Required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
Clean driving record + ability to pass background & drug screening
Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Solid understanding of OSHA safety requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
