Key Responsibilities of an HVAC Service Technician:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance systems to identify issues accurately

- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of various HVAC equipment

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards

- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed

- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

Skills and Qualifications of an HVAC Service Technician:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair

- EPA 608 Certification

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
