Timely complete service requests in occupied apartments
HVAC repairs including troubleshooting and replacement of components, etc. Must be HVAC certified.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines, tools and equipment continue to run properly.
Complete work required by municipalities and building inspectors
Work overtime when needed
Lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders to various heights is required
May be asked to assist Supervisor/Manager/ Area Director with other tasks and duties relative to community operations

Requirements
Must be HVAC certified.
Must have hands on experience using gauges, meters and necessary hand tools.
Should have a strong mechanical ability.
Knowledge of basic electrical systems.
Able to follow instructions while investigating furnace or air conditioning problems.
