The Sr. HR Policy, Process & Controls Specialist is responsible for designing, documenting, and maintaining the organization’s HR compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures. This role drives harmonization of HR compliance practices across core operations and acquired entities, ensuring policies and processes are current, clear, accessible, and aligned with regulatory requirements and business needs.
The position leads policy development, process mapping, control design, and documentation management to strengthen operational excellence and mitigate compliance risks.
This position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.
